About the Role
As Deployment Architect for the Buying Experience (Lead to Cash) Workstream of the OneInforma programme, you will design a strategy and framework with supporting artefacts to enable scalable, repeatable deployment of the Buying Experience solution across multiple businesses. This includes readiness assessments, localisation changes, change management, testing, and go-live activities. The role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, experience with complex transformations, and the ability to balance standardisation with flexibility.
Key responsibilities include ownership of overall strategy, phasing, sequencing, and deployment models; determining rollout sequences based on complexity, dependencies, and risk; creating decision frameworks for standardisation versus customisation; defining configuration management and rollback strategies; quantifying resource demands; formalising governance and decision-making processes; ensuring compliance with policies and regulations; establishing testing strategies including UAT, integration, and performance testing; and continuously reviewing and refining the framework to improve performance, reliability, and quality.
This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a multi-million-pound transformation at a FTSE 50 company, working at the centre of a global change effort. You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders, sales leaders, and operations, with tangible impact on the buying experience and Lead-to-Cash processes. Supported by strong sponsorship and a collaborative network, you will define strategy, refine a global business readiness playbook, deepen your change leadership skills, and deliver career-accelerating achievements.
Informa is committed to a flexible working environment, encouraging in-person collaboration three days a week or more, with support for remote working when not onsite. The company offers a rewarding culture, career development opportunities, generous leave, private medical cover, wellbeing support, and a ShareMatch scheme to become a shareholder.
