We are seeking a Depot Site Manager to oversee our Garth Road Depot, home to Passenger Transport, Street Cleansing, Waste Collection Services, and the resident Recycling Centre. This is a new post and an opportunity for the successful candidate to shape the role as part of the refreshed management team.

The Depot Site Manager will be responsible for the effective, safe, and compliant operation of the depot, providing visible onsite leadership. The role involves liaising and negotiating with stakeholders to ensure a well-managed, safe, and efficient depot environment. Additionally, the post holder will support the Head of Fleet and Depot with budgetary monitoring and management.

Experience
Experience in managing depot operations or similar facilities is desirable. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant management qualifications or experience in a related field are preferred. A good understanding of depot operations, transport, waste management, or street cleansing services will be advantageous.
