About the Role
Guy’s and St Thomas’ is among the UK’s busiest and most successful NHS foundation trusts, providing a full range of hospital and community services for people in south London, as well as specialist care for patients from further afield. As the Deputy Service Manager, you will assist in the management of operations and services, ensuring effective processes are in place to monitor performance against agreed targets. You will problem-solve day-to-day management issues, manage data analysis for consultants, and work closely with the Operations Manager to improve administrative support and service offerings.

Requirements

Experience
Significant experience of staff supervision and management, including recruitment, retention, appraisal, and first-line disciplinary processes. Evidence of introducing and supporting change processes.

About you
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills. Ability to respond to changing demands. Financial management and analysis skills are desirable.

Qualifications
GCSE Maths and English.
