About the Role
Join Superdrug Head Office and make a real difference every day! As a Development Coordinator, you will be field based with regular UK travel and play a key role in supporting the Fixtures & Development Manager within the fixture development team. You will be the voice of customers, driving a customer-first culture to build customer love across our O+O platform.

Your responsibilities will include managing a range of development projects from initial brief through to manufacture, leading communication on fixture requirements, and working closely with procurement, commercial, and rollout teams to ensure smooth project delivery. You will assist with proactive relationship building across departments within Superdrug and Savers, coordinate meetings, collate notes, and monitor project progression.

Additional duties involve logistics coordination to ensure new fixtures arrive on time, staying up to date with retail display trends and producing insight packs, and confidently communicating and collaborating across teams. You will also support finance processes by creating CER documentation, raising purchase orders, maintaining budget trackers, and assisting with tender organisation including contract creation, submission collation, and approval progression.

Other responsibilities include maintaining supplier trackers, collating KPI documentation, owning fixture fit-out specifications, and ensuring relevant documentation is issued to the correct departments such as Implementation Project Managers, Store Operations, and Merchandising.

Experience
Experience in project coordination or development roles is desirable. Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and working across departments. Confident in communication and collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but a background in retail, project management, or related fields is advantageous. A positive attitude, willingness to travel regularly across the UK, and the ability to work flexibly are essential.
