JOB TITLE: Digital Product Manager
LOCATION(S): London, Bristol, Leeds
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid - Two days per week (or 40% of your time) at one of the above office locations.

Everyday Banking is at the heart of the growth strategy within Consumer Relationships, with our Current Account and Overdrafts, Savings and Payments products supporting millions of customers to manage their money, access short term lending and save for the future.
We have reshaped our product teams to allow us to deliver more for our customers at pace. Through this, we have created a new team, where we'll focus on creating market-leading digital experiences for our customers, from when they are researching our products, to when they open them and then supporting them in those crucial everyday interactions they have with us.
As a Digital Product manager, you'll be responsible for shaping and delivering improved customer experiences, working with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, explore solutions and deliver improved customer outcomes.
Shape a customer-focused strategy that supports commercial targets.
Apply UX / design knowledge and a mobile first approach to deliver market-leading personalised customer experiences, in partnership with Platform teams across the Group.
Supporting significant pieces of strategic change from inception to execution
Utilise best-in-class practices and personalisation to improve customer communications, working in partnership with marketing.
Operate and deliver in line with the Groups policies and risk appetite.
We're recruiting for these roles across two product areas: Current Accounts & Overdrafts and Savings.

Market awareness - understands the product market, demonstrating clear understanding of customer needs, competitor trends and regulatory requirements.
