About the Role
At WTW, we help the world’s biggest organisations make forward-thinking choices about their people, investments, and risks. Our expertise supports them in improving their people’s health, skills, and financial wellbeing. As part of the Global Early Careers Team, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, assessing, and engaging early careers candidates across structured insight, apprentice, intern, and graduate programmes. You will manage and execute recruitment strategies for multiple business areas and locations, ensuring timely delivery of recruitment activities.

You will attend and deliver virtual and in-person events at campuses, schools, and WTW offices, engaging with students, undergraduates, and their influencers. Partnering with the Employer Brand team, you will help create social media assets to support candidate attraction.

Your responsibilities include managing the entire early careers lifecycle: screening applications and HireVue videos, organising assessment centres, training assessors, hosting candidate sessions, extending offers, and providing feedback. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate trackers and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding. Coaching successful interns through conversion and managing candidate communications throughout the process are key parts of the role.

You will also assist with the setup and delivery of insight programmes such as Step up with WTW, Level up with WTW, and Day One Induction for new starters. Proactive stakeholder management is essential, including leading operational meetings, preparing presentation decks, and contributing to quarterly review meetings.

Team collaboration is vital, both within the Early Careers team and across other departments. You will contribute to global project workstreams and foster positive relationships to ensure efficient workflows and excellent candidate experiences.

What we offer
Enjoy a benefits package designed to support your professional and personal wellbeing. This includes 25 days annual leave plus an additional WTW day, private healthcare, life insurance, group income protection, regular health assessments, and a defined contribution pension scheme with up to 10% matched contributions.
