About the Role
Join WTW’s Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) team for an eight-week internship focused on Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance. You will gain invaluable real-world experience working alongside industry experts on client projects, research, and product development. The ICT team combines deep insurance consulting expertise with innovative technology across reserving, capital, pricing, data science, process transformation, risk and regulatory, climate, exposure management, underwriting, and claims analytics.

During the internship, you will contribute to actuarial and statistical modelling, analyse data, present your findings, collaborate with UK and global colleagues, and build your technical and consulting skills. You will learn to use open-source tools and WTW’s proprietary insurance technology solutions widely used in the market. The programme includes structured early-career training and ongoing learning from subject matter experts.

About you
- Highly numerate and analytical with the ability to solve complex commercial problems using innovative approaches
- Clear and confident communicator able to explain complicated ideas to diverse audiences
- Personable, approachable, and motivated to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment
- Comfortable using AI tools with an understanding of their strengths and limitations
- Interested in AI, data science, emerging technologies, and eager to explore new problem-solving methods
- Currently in your penultimate year at university

Qualifications
- On course to achieve a 2:1 degree
- A-level Mathematics at grade A or above
- At least 136 UCAS points across three A levels or equivalent qualifications (e.g., AAB or A*AC)
