You will develop your skills through a combination of on-the-job training and structured learning, supported to study for your Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and the highly valued Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Diploma in Insurance. You will build relationships with clients and colleagues, contribute to complex client projects, and help deliver exceptional service.
The programme offers exposure to a wide range of specialist teams including Global Aviation and Space, Global Financial Solutions, Global FINEX, Global Direct & Facultative, Global Marine, Global Natural Resources, Strategic Sales & Industry, Global Crisis Management Special Contingency Risks, Global Surety, Neuron (AI-powered operating system), and Credit Risk Solutions. You will engage in a bespoke learning journey to gain a broad understanding of the business and develop key skills for success.

Experience
No prior experience required. Full support and training will be provided throughout the programme.
About you

- Computer literate, ideally with some understanding of MS Word, Excel and AI tools such as co-pilot
Qualifications
- 3 A-Levels, plus GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
- Commitment to study and complete the Level 4 Insurance Professional Apprenticeship and CII Diploma over 24 months
- Ability to dedicate approximately six hours per week to study alongside work responsibilities
