About the Role
Join the team at Golden Lane Children’s Centre, part of Prior Weston School, located within the modern, purpose-built Golden Lane Campus. We provide a nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring environment where children aged 0–4 years are supported to thrive and achieve their full potential. As an Early Years Support Worker, you will support the delivery of engaging and high-quality Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learning experiences, help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment, and adapt activities to meet individual needs and promote inclusion. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to meet the individual needs of every child, encourage children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, and contribute to ensuring positive outcomes for all children in our care.

Qualifications
Holds a minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification recognised as full and relevant by the Department for Education.
Experience
Experience of, or a strong commitment to, supporting children with a range of developmental, learning, and communication needs.
