About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Corporate Litigation and Compliance Team for a dedicated, enthusiastic and competent Education Lawyer. The primary function of the post is to provide high level and proactive education law advice and assistance on a varied caseload. This includes conduct of appeals and claims in the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal and claims of judicial review, as well as provision of advice across education law including admissions, exclusions and school organisation.

You will work within a small but friendly and hardworking team. The role involves a number of key duties but also requires responding to a rapidly changing environment. Adaptability, flexibility and the ability to prioritise tasks daily are essential.

Experience
We are looking for a lawyer (solicitor, barrister or FILEX) with a thorough knowledge of education law and experience in the legal profession.

You must be adaptable, flexible and able to prioritise tasks effectively. You will be enthusiastic, dedicated and able to work well within a small team environment while responding to a dynamic workload.

Qualifications
Qualified lawyer status (solicitor, barrister or FILEX) with demonstrable expertise in education law.
