About the Role
Pyramid Plus, a joint venture between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, delivers high-quality repairs, maintenance, compliance, planned replacements, and fire risk assessment works across over 23,500 homes. We complete more than 38,000 repairs, 1,000 void refurbishments, and install 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually. As we enter an exciting growth phase, this role offers the opportunity to be a key member of the senior management team, driving the successful delivery of planning and customer service functions at the heart of our operations.

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Qualified Supervisor to oversee contract activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards. You will provide electrical support and advice to clients, manage MCM job scheduling, ensure calibration of meters, and supervise a small team of operatives and subcontractors. Responsibilities include monitoring work progress through site visits, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards. You will compile operational reports, uphold Mears’ values, maintain a strong customer focus, manage employee performance, support development through coaching and training, and ensure proper maintenance of company assets including vehicles, tools, and PPE. Flexibility to support other supervisors, attend meetings, and participate in training sessions is essential.

Experience
- Extensive experience in electrical work within housing or maintenance environments
- Proven ability to supervise teams and manage subcontractors
- Experience with MCM job scheduling and operational reporting

Qualifications
- 18th Edition Electrical Qualification
- NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installation
- AM2 Certification
- Test and Inspection qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)
