About the Role
The EMEA and LATAM Paid Media Coordinator acts as the operational connective tissue between Salesforce's Global Cloud Paid Media team and the regional media teams across EMEA and LATAM. This high-visibility coordination role ensures that globally developed paid media strategies are executed effectively across diverse markets—on time, in context, and with the local nuance that drives performance. The role requires someone who thrives on structure, relationship-building, and managing complex, multi-market programmes to keep them moving smoothly.
Key responsibilities include serving as the primary liaison between global and regional teams to ensure consistent and timely communication on paid media plans, campaign briefs, and performance; distributing media briefs, guidelines, and performance updates while tracking acknowledgements and proactively flagging blockers; collecting qualitative feedback and local market insights to inform global strategists; analysing performance data to identify trends and escalate issues; improving communication workflows and information-sharing processes, including deploying AI tools for automation; maintaining organised records of decisions, briefs, and feedback; and building strong, trusted relationships across a distributed network of stakeholders with clarity and care.
Experience
3-5 years driving business impact through digital marketing, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments
Proven experience in paid media, marketing operations, or project coordination roles within marketing or media environments
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display Network, or DV360
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple information streams across several markets simultaneously
Comfortable with data analysis: able to interpret performance reports, identify key insights, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
