The Deal Pricing team is a dedicated global function providing deal pricing expertise, financial insights, and deal support to Stripe's global Go-to-Market teams. We ensure deals create economic value by establishing a commercial framework for a scaling sales organization, supporting large or complex deals, and providing pricing insights to sales, finance, and product leaders. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional partners across Operations, Finance, Strategy, and Product teams globally.
As an EMEA Deal Pricing Strategist, you will provide thought leadership to regional sales teams and senior executives, continuously developing our pricing framework, approach, and processes to achieve mutually beneficial deals while mitigating risk. You will deliver key financial insights and recommendations, engage in business case development, and participate in commercial negotiations across Stripe’s full suite of financial and payment products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key financial and strategic partner to EMEA Go-to-Market sales teams and leadership for pricing deals at scale and strategic deals
- Manage pricing approvals and escalations
- Implement pricing and margin guidance and identify levers for commercial uplift
- Refine frameworks and processes to evaluate deals and manage pricing activities
- Maintain up-to-date pricing benchmarks and contribute to analytical design and production efforts to enhance pricing philosophy
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or deal pricing at a company, or experience within investment banking or management consulting
- Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships with business partners through influencing and awareness
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured environment while driving business results independently
- Excellent financial modeling, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience using LLMs and AI agents to conduct research, analyses, and automate work

Qualifications
- Preferred experience in the payments or technology sector
