The Marketplaces product team within Money Management Services (MMS) owns the financial infrastructure that marketplace platforms use to move money between buyers, sellers, and themselves. Marketplaces differ from direct merchants as money flows split, route, hold, reserve, cross currencies, and arrive in dozens of countries through complex platform decisions. This team solves these challenges at scale and with reliability.

As a Product Manager on this team, you will lead the Marketplaces product suite, working at the intersection of multi-party fund flows, cross-border money movement, platform controls, and regulatory compliance. You will act as the central translator between legal constraints, engineering implementations, and platform business logic, co-designing APIs with flagship users and scaling validated solutions globally.

Your responsibilities will include engaging directly with flagship marketplaces to understand their complex fund flow needs, co-designing and pressure-testing APIs with reference users, maintaining active relationships with key accounts, improving core fund flow primitives for reliability and transparency, expanding cross-border payout coverage, and enabling multi-processor fund flows including PSD3-compliant funding flows in the EU.

You will work in a small, autonomous pod focused on delivering measurable activation and revenue impact through fast iteration and close collaboration with engineering, sales, and solutions teams.

Experience
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure
- Proven track record of shipping products across multiple teams while navigating significant technical complexity and regulatory or compliance constraints
- Comfortable reading code, writing coherent specifications, evaluating API designs, and contributing credibly to engineering discussions without needing to write production code
- Strong data fluency, including SQL, with the ability to form causal hypotheses about metric movements rather than just describing them
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment across engineering, legal, and business functions to ship effectively

About you
- Experience working at a two-sided marketplace or platform as a builder or operator, with firsthand understanding of multi-party money movement, seller onboarding, and reconciliation is preferred
- Familiarity with Stripe Connect or equivalent platform-payment products (e.g., Adyen for Platforms, Braintree Marketplace, Hyperwallet, Payoneer) is a bonus
- Experience designing or improving financial reconciliation and settlement reporting for platforms or their sellers is advantageous
- Track record of taking products from private or public preview to general availability, including driving self-serve activation and packaging and pricing
