Starting salary £31,930 per annum, rising to £33,930 depending on meeting operational performance requirements and passing probation.

About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact? As a Restart Advisor, you will play a transformational role in coaching and empowering individuals. You will help participants unlock their potential and guide them toward sustainable employment, providing career coaching and personal development support while addressing complex and varied challenges.

You will collaborate with participants through diagnostic assessments to identify barriers and create action plans that shift mindsets and outline the steps needed to secure meaningful employment. You will meet and exceed performance targets by continuously improving strategies and seeking input to deliver the best outcomes for participants and the wider community.

Key responsibilities include understanding and signposting participants to internal and external services such as debt management, mental health, and career coaching; ensuring participants have well-crafted, professional CVs, tailored supporting statements, and cover letters; preparing participants for interviews through mock interviews and assessment activities to build their confidence; and maintaining accurate electronic participant records reflecting the full spectrum of support offered, from coaching through to employment placement, within required timescales and standards.

Experience
Experience working in fast-paced environments.
Strong track record of delivering against and exceeding performance targets.
Experience engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation to drive positive change.
Experience of working in a relevant sector within the past 3 months.
High-level digital literacy.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional support while juggling multiple priorities.
