About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Corporate Litigation and Compliance Team for a dedicated, enthusiastic and competent Employment Lawyer. The primary function of the post is to provide high level and proactive employment law advice and assistance on a varied caseload. This includes conduct of claims in the Employment Tribunal, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, advising on rights and obligations, and matters relating to TUPE.

You will work within a small but friendly and hardworking team. The role involves a number of key duties but also requires adaptability and flexibility to respond to a rapidly changing environment. The ability to prioritise tasks on a daily basis is essential.

Experience
Qualified lawyer (solicitor, barrister or FILEX) with thorough knowledge of employment law and experience in the legal profession. Experience in conducting Employment Tribunal claims, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, and advising on TUPE is essential.

Qualifications
