About the Role
Programme start date: September 2027. Our Engineering Graduate Programme provides an ideal springboard for an exciting and significant career in global financial markets technology. This 12-month development opportunity is designed for tech-savvy graduates interested in Business Analyst or Product Manager roles within a leading fintech company. You will fast-track your technical journey, learn and work alongside technology experts, and develop your career at London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). The programme includes a global induction 'Engineering Bootcamp' week to build foundational knowledge of LSEG, Financial Markets and Engineering principles. You will participate in group projects aligned to LSEG goals and meet your cohort at the mid-point 'Ignite' skills offsite. Experience
Demonstrable interest in technology through academic studies, internships, work experience, extracurricular activities, or personal projects. Experience with SQL and Python is desirable. Exposure to financial markets through studies, work, or extracurricular activities is preferred.

Curious and passionate about technology and its role in financial markets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, draw conclusions, and propose solutions. Strategic thinker who can connect the dots. Resilient, focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions for the duration of the programme and able to join on a permanent basis from day one.
Qualifications
Final year undergraduate or Masters student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines, completing all course requirements by August/September 2027, or a fresh graduate from the class of 2026. Candidates from physics, electronic engineering, mathematics, informatics, or similar backgrounds with a strong interest in technology are also encouraged to apply.
