About the Role
Join the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Engineering Graduate Programme (Fullstack) starting September 2027 and launch your career in global financial markets technology. This 12-month development programme offers a fast-track technical journey where you will learn and work alongside industry experts in a dynamic agile environment. Experience
Final year undergraduate or Masters student in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline completing all course requirements before August/September 2027, or a fresh graduate from the class of 2026. Experience or demonstrated interest in technology through internships, academic projects, extracurricular activities, or personal projects is essential. Familiarity with Full-Stack Development and programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, Node.js, .NET, or Python is preferred. For roles in the Network Product Services team, interest in Network Assets, API-based services, and automation/orchestration tools like Ansible is desirable.

About you
You have a genuine curiosity about technology and a strong interest in financial markets, demonstrated through your studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities. You possess analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and propose solutions. You are strategic, adaptable, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. Candidates must have the right to work in Romania without restrictions. We welcome applicants from beyond core software degrees, including physics, engineering, and electronics, provided you can demonstrate a passion for technology.

Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Informatics, Physics, Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines. Industry-recognized qualifications can be earned during the programme. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a commitment to a technology career path are essential.
