About the Role
THE·TEAM is a global leader in representation and marketing services, delivering branding, signage, custom fabrication, live event production, and experiential operations across sports, music, entertainment and culture. This role sits within LIVE·TEAM's Brand Experience Division on the Lidl account and is split evenly between two key functions: Local Store Marketing (LSM) Account Executive and Production Coordinator.

As the Local Store Marketing Account Executive (50%), you will be the day-to-day point of contact for Lidl's regional teams, coordinating local store event details, overseeing stock levels and orders for in-store collateral, scheduling staff shifts, managing event bookings, facilitating event voucher creation with Lidl's internal teams, providing regular event updates via Lidl's WorkstreamX software, and contributing to client presentations and brainstorms.

As the Production Coordinator (50%), you will support the Operations Producer by preparing crew briefs, call sheets, load lists, accreditation lists and install guides; coordinating hotels, travel, parking, site access and accreditation for crew and suppliers; assisting with supplier sourcing to find practical and cost-effective options; attending warehouse days, pre-production meetings, site visits, installs and de-rigs; managing last-minute changes calmly during live delivery and tracking snags through to completion; and supporting post-event reconciliation and stock returns.

Shared responsibilities across both functions include raising purchase orders, gathering supplier quotations, tracking and reconciling budgets, managing supplier relationships, maintaining project schedules, trackers, action lists and deadlines, attending client and internal meetings, assisting with RAMS, insurance certificates and other event compliance paperwork, and keeping project folders and documentation organised and current.

- Practical problem-solver who researches options and recommends solutions.
- Proactive and able to take ownership without needing every action explained.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable when plans change or deadlines tighten.
- Willing to get hands-on and practical.

- Collaborative and diplomatic when chasing busy internal teams.
- Comfortable with early starts, late finishes, travel and occasional weekend work.
- Quick learner, keen to develop into managing own projects.
- Full, clean UK driving licence; confidence driving vans is a plus.
