About the Role
LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider dedicated to delivering excellence and innovation. We are seeking a Business Analyst / Process Subject Matter Expert to support the management of our external workforce in line with the LSEG External Workforce Policy implemented in July 2025. This fixed term contract role (1 year) involves collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups to understand current processes and exceptions, define an end-to-end external worker management process, and implement change management activities across People, Process, and Systems.
The role includes defining required processes, standard operating procedures, and controls to establish a robust external worker management framework. You will own and support the adoption of our Vendor Management System, working closely with Hiring Managers, Procurement, Engineering, and Colleague Services teams to ensure an efficient and optimised lifecycle for LSEG’s external workforce.
Key responsibilities include actively collaborating with leadership teams to onboard, manage, and exit external workers while ensuring compliance with policy and controls, supporting BAU operations by defining and monitoring service levels and quality, and building strong relationships with operations teams and vendors to support overall strategy and service delivery.

Experience
Proven success as a Business Analyst / Process SME within external workforce management processes. Experience reviewing, analysing, and recommending next steps based on service level data. Working knowledge of leading Vendor Management Systems such as SAP Fieldglass, Workday, or VNDLY is essential. Experience with Workday HCM system is advantageous.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in business analysis or process management are preferred but not mandatory. A commitment to continuous learning and development aligned with the role requirements is essential.
