About the Role
At Burberry, we believe creativity opens spaces. Our purpose is to unlock the power of imagination to push boundaries and open new possibilities for our people, our customers and our communities. This belief has guided Burberry since 1856 and remains central to how we operate today. We foster an environment where creative minds from diverse backgrounds thrive, bringing a wide range of skills and experiences to everything we do. As a purposeful, values-driven brand, we are committed to being a force for good, creating the next generation of sustainable luxury, driving industry change and championing our communities.

We are hiring a Fabric Development Assistant to join Burberry's Fabric Development team and support the delivery of innovative fabrics across our collections. This exciting role allows you to contribute to the development process from concept through to collection readiness, ensuring information, samples and supplier activity are managed with accuracy and care. Working closely with Fabric Developers, suppliers and cross-functional teams, you will play an important role in supporting the craftsmanship, quality and creativity that define Burberry.

Key responsibilities include supporting the end-to-end fabric development process across seasonal collections to meet key milestones, maintaining and updating PLM systems with accurate fabric information, coordinating supplier communications to ensure timely and budget-conscious sample deliveries, preparing and maintaining fabric pages, collection boards and fabric bibles, managing fabric libraries, and raising purchase orders for fabric samples while providing administrative support to facilitate efficient team operations.
