Family Hub Manager


Location
Primarily based across Lewisham Family Hubs and Network Sites.
Hours
Weekend working is required for this role.
Salary
£53,994 - £56,154 per annum (PO4)
All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role, except when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), subject to evidential proof.

As Family Hub Manager, you will manage and co-ordinate the work of the Family Hubs across Lewisham to ensure the provision of a high quality and effective service to children, young people, and families. You will lead multi-agency teams of professionals working collaboratively to support families and deliver preventative services that reduce escalation of need.

Experience
Proven experience in leading a team within frontline services for children, young people, and families. Demonstrated passion for delivering preventative services aimed at reducing escalation into specialist services.

Qualifications
