About the Role

The Finance Project Controller role supports Arcadis Way Project Managers with the effective financial management of projects to maintain a strong revenue recognition process.

Key responsibilities include ensuring correct project setup in line with system and project constraints, accurate recording of time and costs, updating contract values per company policy, reviewing project performance aligned with revenue recognition, and updating project financials including forecasts alongside AWPMs. You will monitor Work in Progress, timesheet submissions, and non-billable project time bookings to ensure accurate revenue recording. The role also involves supporting the business in maximizing the use of business systems, building trusted relationships with internal clients to ensure quality and service, supporting Arcadis Way Project Managers on the ERP system, liaising with Credit Control to assist cash collection, and performing other duties as required by the Line Manager or Arcadis.

Experience
Minimum 2 years experience in a project or commercial role within a medium to large organisation.
Proficient in Excel and ERP systems at a medium level.
Strong attention to detail and highly motivated.

Qualifications
