Join Arcadis as a Senior Project Manager and lead the delivery of impactful cost management services across healthcare, education, and laboratory projects. You will manage a team and liaise with external contractors, consultants, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with Arcadis controls and best practice. Your role will draw on your technical expertise, particularly within the healthcare sector, to drive successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing team members while sharing healthcare sector knowledge, managing budgets and financial reporting for health sector assignments, delivering multiple cost management projects on time, advising on risk management and compliance, escalating project risks or issues for prompt resolution, analysing data to support commercial decision-making, driving process improvements and service innovation in healthcare environments, collaborating across the organisation to meet project and client needs, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance satisfaction and generate new opportunities.

Experience
Health sector experience is desirable, ideally with ProCure 22 / ProCure 23 or similar capital works. Proven experience managing projects from inception to completion. Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Professional qualification or chartered status is required. CSCS card holder.
