About the Role

Join our UK Architectural Team as a Senior Technical team member, focusing on a diverse range of projects including Healthcare, Education, Transportation, and Mixed-Use developments both locally and across the UK. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for a growing and diverse client base within a highly creative, collaborative team committed to innovative problem solving and design excellence.
In this position, you will develop, coordinate, and lead the detailed design and construction phases of projects of varying sizes, delivering high quality technical solutions. You will independently lead elements of complex projects and collaborate within the team. Responsibilities include detailed design development, producing working drawings, contract administration, on-site services, resolving complex technical and design issues, maintaining project documentation, conducting site inspections, processing change control requests, and adhering to quality, environmental, and health & safety procedures. You will also support project programming, resourcing, financial reviews, and mentor junior staff members.
Experience
Recognised architectural technology qualification or degree, ideally CIAT accredited. Proven experience working on larger projects with day-to-day technical leadership. Strong expertise in Revit with experience on complex BIM Level 2 projects. Demonstrated ability to produce high quality Revit outputs, technical knowledge of building detailing and construction. Knowledge of building regulations, design standards, and best practice. Healthcare sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
