As a Project Cost Consultant, you will contribute to the delivery of commercial management services for major infrastructure projects, including mobility and rail initiatives. You will apply your specialized expertise to manage project standards in cost, time, and quality. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders is key to ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to deliver value.

Your responsibilities will include supporting commercial management assignments to meet client expectations, creating accurate project costings and budgets to achieve financial targets, understanding client objectives within sectors such as rail and mobility, monitoring team performance, assuring contract compliance, analyzing complex data to provide actionable recommendations, driving innovation, and developing trusted relationships to deliver impactful solutions.

Experience
Proven background in the infrastructure sector with experience in major rail or mobility projects. Demonstrable knowledge and experience in pre- and post-contract commercial management. In-depth knowledge of NEC Contracts.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Relevant professional qualification or chartered status.
