As a Project Cost Consultant, you will contribute to the delivery of commercial management services for major infrastructure projects, including mobility and rail initiatives. You will apply your specialized expertise to manage project standards in cost, time, and quality. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders is key to ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities to deliver value.

Your responsibilities will include supporting commercial management assignments to meet client expectations, creating accurate project costings and budgets to achieve financial targets, monitoring team performance, assuring contract compliance, analyzing complex data for actionable recommendations, driving innovation, and supporting improvements in commercial management systems. You will develop trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.

Experience
- Proven background in the infrastructure sector, with experience in major rail or mobility projects
- In-depth knowledge of NEC Contracts
- Demonstrable experience in pre- and post-contract commercial management
