About the Role

As a Finance Project Controller, you will manage a team to proactively support Project Managers ensuring projects are set up, forecasted, billed, and closed timely in accordance with the Arcadis Way Principles. You will work closely with Business Partners to ensure accurate performance reporting, minimize working capital, and escalate identified risks. Key responsibilities include providing effective management to engage and develop your team, building trusted relationships with Business Directors, driving improvements in working capital through billing and cash collection, training Project Managers on Oracle, advising on efficient project set-up and revenue recognition compliant with IFRS, supporting reforecasting and project reviews, and ensuring reliable month-end reporting. You will also encourage continuous improvement and collaboration across the wider finance team while complying with company policies and procedures.

Experience
Relevant experience working in a medium to large organisation. Proven ability to organise, motivate and develop a team. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems to a medium level. Attention to detail and consistent high standards.

Qualifications
Part qualified Accounting qualification or equivalent by experience.
