About the Role
The FINEX Mergers & Acquisitions Due Diligence Consultant will play a key role in delivering risk and insurance consulting and due diligence services to clients within the Willis Towers Watson M&A Practice. You will seek, develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients and internal teams, managing communications and understanding client business needs to build trusted adviser relationships that generate repeat revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities include managing projects from fee and scope evaluation through to delivery of due diligence reports, coordinating WTW appointment and placement services, and leveraging broader WTW country and sector specialists to benefit clients. You will collect and coordinate data, review key contractual documents, and take ownership of projects by sourcing core project teams and providing proactive, high-quality service.

Additionally, you will ensure compliance with Willis Towers Watson M&A protocols, including file keeping, management information reporting, conflict management, confidentiality, and FCA requirements. Accurate time recording and adherence to authorisation sign-offs and procedures are essential.
