About the Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee a busy housekeeping department, working alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises. Your role involves maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, checking the quality of rooms, organising staff rotas, supporting the housekeeping team with ongoing training and development, and ensuring compliance with HotelCare and client standards. You will also be responsible for meeting daily targets and adhering to all health and safety policies, reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly.

Experience
- Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically housekeeping or related areas
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination
