About the Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee a busy housekeeping department, working alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises. You will maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper. Your role includes organising staff rotas, supporting ongoing training and development of the housekeeping team, and ensuring all standards set by HotelCare and the client are consistently met. You will work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, checking the quality of rooms and meeting daily targets. Compliance with all company health and safety policies is essential, including recording any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Experience
- Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills
