About the Role
As a Floor Supervisor, you will oversee a busy housekeeping department, working alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises. You will maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper. Your responsibilities include working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, checking the quality of rooms, organising staff rotas, supporting the supervisory team, and assisting with ongoing training and development of the Housekeeping team. You will ensure compliance with HotelCare and client standards at all times, meet daily targets, and adhere to all health and safety policies while reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries.

Experience
- Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills
