About the Role

As a Full Time Keyholder at our Oxford Street store, you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service and be responsible for the security of the store by holding keys and managing opening and closing procedures in the absence of senior management. You will welcome clients warmly, guide them to products, and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience. Your role includes efficiently managing stock through pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining store standards to ensure smooth operations. You will keep the shop floor tidy and replenished, support your management team by working towards individual and team sales targets, and promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and planning of promotional activities and act as a role model for the brand by adhering to uniform standards and regularly participating in training to become a confident brand ambassador.

Experience
