As a Full Time Supervisor, you will consistently deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the management team. You will be responsible for holding keys and ensuring the security of the store at opening and closing in the absence of senior management. Your duties include opening and closing the till system, welcoming customers warmly, guiding them to products, and understanding their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will efficiently manage stock by pair checking, organising the stockroom, and maintaining consistent standards to ensure smooth operations. Keeping the shop floor tidy and replenished and maintaining store standards will be part of your daily routine. You will support the management team by working towards individual and team sales targets and promoting Kurt Geiger loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement.

In the absence of senior management, you will assist with training and development of team members, prepare and plan promotional activities, hold daily team briefs, set targets, and support with weekly trade reports and conference calls. You will be a role model for the brand, adhering to uniform standards (all black, unbranded, and reflective of the brand) and regularly participate in training activities to become a confident brand ambassador.

Experience
Previous experience in retail is essential.
Strong communication skills and understanding of excellent customer service are required.
