About the Role
Become part of a team passionate about creating exceptional hospitality experiences. You will lead the hotel management team in the successful operation of The Hoxton, Southwark, taking full responsibility for the commercial success of the property. Ensure brand standards are brought to life by grounding the brand in the local market and neighbourhood. Lead by example to create brilliant guest experiences that exceed expectations and build a strong reputation for The Hoxton. Focus on your team by creating a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and enjoyment. Manage relationships with central teams and owners, and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. Experience
Proven experience as a commercially savvy operator in a similar role within hospitality. Comfortable managing both strategic and day-to-day operational details.
