About the Role
We are looking for a Runner to join our team at Llama Inn, a warm and inviting restaurant in Shoreditch inspired by Peruvian cuisine. The space features natural wood furniture, tall ceilings, and steel beams, creating a unique dining atmosphere. Our menu highlights authentic Peruvian dishes such as ceviche, Lomo Saltado, and Cancha, complemented by a cocktail and spirit list centered around pisco and creative global classics. The wine list focuses on Spain and Latin America, offering selections by the glass and bottle to suit any palate.
As a Runner, you will play a vital role in supporting the front-of-house team by ensuring that food and drinks are delivered promptly and efficiently to guests. You will work closely with Waiters, Kitchen, and the wider restaurant team to help create a smooth and memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities include acting as a key link between kitchen, bar, and floor teams, maintaining organisation and cleanliness in service areas, and being attentive and ready to assist wherever needed.
Getting to know our menu, products, and service standards will enable you to confidently support the team and answer basic guest questions, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Experience
2+ years previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar environment is preferred. Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not essential.
