About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Host to join our team at The Hoxton, Shoreditch in the vibrant Il Bambini Club Restaurant. This lively space features a vibrant bar and open kitchen, blending green and terracotta tones, playful patterns, and romantic florals to create a warm, modern setting inspired by the spirit of Italy. The restaurant serves seasonal signature pizzas, fresh pasta, and indulgent dolci, complemented by vibrant aperitivo, reimagined Italian cocktails, and weekly DJs in a playful East London atmosphere.

As a Host, you will add that extra special touch to our guests’ experience by fostering a culture of recognising and delighting guests throughout the team, turning every guest into a regular. You will lead your team of hosts by example, keeping them motivated, empowered, and supported, ensuring they are confident in delivering top experiences and comfortable seeking your guidance.

You will have a firm grip on the CRM bookings system, maintaining up-to-date data and closely managing the restaurant bookings throughout the day and weeks ahead. You will work closely with the Restaurant General Managers and Head Chefs to consistently deliver an excellent experience in our spaces.

Experience
2+ years’ experience in a similar hospitality Host, Front of House, or Maître D management role in a busy, bustling environment.
Proven ability to inspire trust and lead a team effectively.
Experience using CRM bookings systems and table management.
