Building effective project governance is essential, including integrated project plans, portfolio reporting, RAID and action logs, steering meetings and executive updates, while ensuring risks, dependencies and decisions are identified and addressed early. You will organise project meetings, prepare agendas, document key decisions and proactively follow up on actions to keep projects on track. Partnering with Functional Systems Administration, Business Process Management and other stakeholders to align scope and priorities, support business process improvements, coordinate stakeholder communications, manage dependencies and continuously improve how transformation initiatives are planned and delivered will be part of your responsibilities.
