About the Role

As a Graduate Site Manager within the Construction Quality and Compliance team, you will train as a Quality Inspection and Test Plan (QITP) Manager. This role involves spending time on-site to learn about quality and compliance, shadowing senior colleagues, and supporting the delivery of high-quality homes by implementing inspection processes, analysing performance trends, building reports, and aiding the transition from paper-based to Field View-led inspections.
You will support site teams with QITP implementation, carry out quality inspections and audits across live construction sites, monitor compliance performance data using Field View, collaborate with site teams and supply chains to resolve defects and improve consistency, and report on key quality issues throughout the project lifecycle.
From day one, you will be engaged in a meaningful, hands-on role with increasing responsibility, supported by experienced mentors and line managers dedicated to your professional development.

Experience
Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines in a construction environment
Confident IT user including Microsoft Office
Willingness to engage in construction inspection processes and use digital tools such as NHBC, LABC, and Field View
Interest in compliance, regulations, and delivering homes "right first time"

Degree in a construction discipline or similar (e.g. BSc Project or Construction Management, Building Surveying)
