About the Role
Join IMG, a leading global sports marketing agency and subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings, Inc., as a Graphic Designer. You will drive end-to-end creative development from ideation through to delivery, supporting the wider R&A content team with innovative ideas, hygiene graphics, digital campaigns, and branding. Collaborate closely with content teams and account managers to develop concepts and produce engaging designs, graphic elements, and visual treatments. Maintain brand continuity across various amateur brands and support marketing and brand functions as needed. This role requires a producer mindset to explore creative ways to drive engagement and strong communication skills to manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations. You will occasionally be required to work weekends and extra hours during key amateur events, ensuring availability for the entire event duration. Travel to other IMG locations and meetings may also be required. Adaptability to new systems and technology is expected.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience required. Proven ability to communicate ideas clearly both visually and verbally. Experience working with Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Illustrator is essential; PowerPoint skills are a plus. Demonstrated ability to work with templates and style guides to deliver high-quality creative outputs. Background or interest in the sports industry and its design trends is highly desirable. Experience or knowledge of live graphics design, motion design, short-form vertical video editing, and AI tools related to design is advantageous. Golf-specific knowledge is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications
