Cingularity, a specialist global fibre network provider acquired by IMG Media, is evolving remote production towards a hybrid model of fibre, satellite, cloud, and IP. We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with a telecommunications or broadcast background to join Cingularity’s team and support its development and expansion.
In this role, you will manage service delivery and project execution, ensuring timely delivery of customer solutions and coordinating logistics, procurement, pricing, and resource management. You will collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver telecommunication connectivity and broadcast solutions for live events and permanent deployments. Your expertise will help shape workflows and processes critical to company growth.
Key responsibilities include managing project lifecycles from initiation to completion, negotiating with suppliers, coordinating quotations and ordering, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. This role requires a proactive approach to managing multiple projects in a dynamic, start-up environment with occasional international travel.

Experience
- Proven experience in Project Management and Service Delivery within Telecommunications or Sports Broadcast environments
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 or G-Suite with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Familiarity with broadcast workflows and satellite/broadcast operators
- Experience with modern project management tools such as ClickUp, Monday, Wrike, or Asana
- Understanding of telecommunications products and technologies including Wavelength, Dark Fibre, and Managed Ethernet
- Skilled in technical and non-technical documentation including project scoping, executive summaries, and status reports
- PRINCE2 qualification is advantageous
