IMG, a leading global sports marketing agency and subsidiary of TKO Group Holdings, is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join its Technology team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and delivery pipelines across digital and broadcast platforms. The successful candidate will enable continuous delivery, improve system reliability, and support high-profile clients and live event services, ensuring optimal performance and resilience across all environments. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools, monitoring system performance with observability tools, ensuring disaster recovery strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting production incidents, enforcing security best practices, optimizing system performance and cost-efficiency, documenting processes, and supporting live event operations where uptime is critical.

Experience
- Proven experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency with containerisation and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps/Bitbucket.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, Ansible, or similar.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Understanding of networking, security, and system architecture principles.
- Experience working in high-availability or live production environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
