About the Role
IMG is a leading global sports marketing agency specializing in media rights management, multi-channel content production and distribution, brand partnerships, strategic consulting, digital services, and events management. As part of TKO Group Holdings, IMG powers growth for over 200 federations, associations, events, and teams worldwide.

This 6-month fixed-term contract role is based at Stockley Park Studios and requires providing technical support across all studio productions. You will operate key studio and gallery equipment, often in live environments, including cameras, sound, vision, lighting, and replay systems depending on your expertise. Responsibilities include preparing and rigging equipment, assisting with studio wrap and closing procedures, maintaining equipment, and supporting live operations such as vodcast, TX playout, gallery, or studio activities.

You will work closely with the Studio Technical Manager and freelance crew, ensuring all equipment is safely stored and any faults are reported promptly to minimize production impact. Building effective working relationships with production teams and colleagues while promoting a positive health and safety culture at IMG Studios is essential.

Experience
Previous experience in a multi-skilled technical operations role or significant expertise in at least one area of studio production (cameras, sound, vision, lighting, replay). Experience working in a live studio environment and good knowledge of broadcast equipment and systems including cameras, sound, vision, lighting, graphics, post-production, media management, MCR, and playout.

About you
Operational experience and expertise in at least one technical area of studio production. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the studio environment, including legislation for working at height, manual handling, noise, electricity at work, and risk assessment processes. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and support a positive safety culture.

Qualifications
Desirable experience with equipment such as ETC Ion lighting boards, Lawo audio desks, Reidel talkback, Sony vision mixers, EVS XT3 LSM, Sony HXC-100 camera systems, GV AMPP, Live U Studio, Stream deck, and OBS is advantageous but not essential.
