As Associate Counsel, you will support the business (predominantly IMG, but also across TKO) by providing commercially sound legal advice on commercial and revenue-generating opportunities. You will work proactively with the legal team, both in London and internationally, to ensure best practices and knowledge are shared and utilized. Your role includes advising clients on robust and favourable terms for IMG/TKO, liaising with the business to provide pragmatic guidance on opportunities and risks, and ensuring the Legal team is involved early in commercial discussions. You will also assist with new projects as they arise.

The role involves a mix of Media, Production, Brand Partnerships, and Events work across a broad portfolio of sports properties, including owned, managed, and commercially represented clients.

Working Conditions
Occasional travel to other London offices will be required. You may need to attend early or late calls to facilitate meetings with the global legal team and work some unsociable hours to meet business deadlines.

Experience
- Fully qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE
- Experience drafting general commercial contracts
- Experience working in a commercial environment
- Training in a top tier legal practice
- Ability to quickly assimilate and understand key commercial points with accuracy
- Experience drafting media rights/production, sponsorship, supplier, and agency representation contracts is desirable
- Experience working with cultural and sports organisations is desirable
- Experience working with high-level executives in own and client/customer organisations is desirable
