About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Broadcast Event Engineer to support the delivery of world-class live sports broadcasting and transmission services across major sporting events globally. You will deploy, test, and support transmission and connectivity solutions on-site, ensuring high-quality broadcast delivery for rights holders and broadcasters worldwide. This role demands practical technical expertise, a strong understanding of broadcast technology, and the ability to work in demanding environments. Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and testing fibre, network, and video transmission equipment; racking and commissioning technical equipment; building and repairing engineering cabling; configuring video encoding and decoding solutions; troubleshooting broadcast and connectivity issues under live event conditions; and supporting IP-based video contribution and distribution workflows. You will work closely with customers, broadcasters, and production teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Experience
