About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a diligent Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their teams based in the Croydon area. You will be responsible for ensuring outdoor spaces are well-maintained and visually appealing across housing sites including new builds, extra care sites, and sheltered accommodation. Your duties will include mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, and general landscape upkeep. You will also operate machinery such as mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers safely, maintain tools and equipment, and drive company vehicles to access multiple sites. Seasonal duties such as leaf clearing, frost protection, and site preparation for different weather conditions will also be part of your role. This position requires a keen eye for detail, physical fitness, and a strong work ethic. Experience
Experience in using gardening power tools is required. Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures is essential.

Qualifications
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role to enable driving company vehicles and transporting equipment.
