About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a dedicated Specialist Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness across various housing sites including sheltered accommodation, extra care, and general needs council estates. You will join our Specialist Cleaning teams responsible for delivering essential soft facilities management services to homes, schools, universities, and public sector organisations. Your duties will include general cleaning, carpet and floor cleaning, jet washing internal and external bin stores, and graffiti removal. The role requires traveling between sites and working independently while upholding safety and quality standards. You will also carry out checks in communal areas, replace lighting bulbs, clean gutters and external pipes using appropriate safety equipment, prepare and grit pathways during winter, wash glass surfaces inside and outside buildings, and operate specialist cleaning equipment such as carpet steam cleaners, floor scrubbers, reach-and-wash window cleaning systems, and pressure washing equipment.

Experience
- Experience in cleaning services and use of cleaning equipment is essential.
- Experience using reach-and-wash and other window cleaning systems is desirable.
- Deep cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications
- Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of one year.
