About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced Window Cleaner to join our Soft FM team based in Brent, NW London. Our Soft Facilities Management division provides essential services to homes, schools, universities, and public sector organisations, including housing providers and blue light authorities. We are committed to creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments with a strong focus on quality, community impact, and customer care.

In this role, you will perform both internal and external window cleaning duties using a reach and wash system. Additional responsibilities include jet washing, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, dusting, graffiti removal, and other ad hoc cleaning tasks. You will be expected to work reliably and flexibly, often independently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness across our sites.

Health and Safety compliance is essential, including correct use and storage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to COSHH regulations, and reporting any issues or concerns promptly.

Experience
Proven experience within cleaning services, particularly window cleaning using reach and wash equipment. Familiarity with the use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to COSHH regulations is required.
