About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces across numerous housing sites are well-maintained and well-presented. You will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and shrubs, weeding flower beds and pathways, and performing general upkeep such as clearing debris. You will operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently, following all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

You will join our Soft FM team based in Tulse Hill, London. The team provides a wide range of cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services to ensure community assets are well-maintained.

Key responsibilities include mowing, edging and maintaining lawns; trimming and shaping hedges, shrubs and bushes; removing weeds; planting flowers, shrubs and trees; clearing debris and litter picking; operating machinery such as mowers, strimmers and leaf blowers; driving company vehicles to access multiple sites; and performing seasonal duties such as leaf clearing and frost protection.

Experience
Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is essential.

About you
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Good knowledge of horticultural practices including planting, pruning and weed control.
Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and the public.
Committed to following health and safety regulations relevant to grounds maintenance.

Qualifications
Valid full driving license is essential.
