About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure outdoor spaces across numerous housing sites are well-maintained and presented. You will be responsible for a variety of landscaping tasks including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and shrubs, weeding flower beds and pathways, and performing general upkeep such as clearing debris. You will safely operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, following all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

You will join our Soft FM team, which provides cleaning, grounds maintenance, and caretaking services across the Tower Hamlets area. This role requires physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.

Experience
Proven experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is essential.

About you
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Good knowledge of horticultural practices including planting, pruning, and weed control.
Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and the public.
Committed to following health and safety regulations relevant to grounds maintenance.
Holds a valid full driving licence and able to drive company vehicles to access multiple sites.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are specified, but relevant experience and a strong work ethic are required.
