Then please read on… This role We are recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to undertake paving, concreting, drainage, Fencing, Brickwork/Pointing repairs, and installations. As well as other trade repairs and maintenance work, to provide high quality, ‘right first time’, cost effective building services to the business and its customers. To be considered for this position it is essential that you have the ability to undertake associated trade tasks within competency, NVQ2 qualification or equivalent and/or long term relevant trade experience. It is preferable for you to also have Abrasive Wheel training, a PASMA qualification, the ability to read construction drawings and experience of working within a social housing environment. You will conduct work in accordance with current legislation, British Standards, Codes of Practice, safe systems of work and recognised industrial standards for such work, minimizing damage to the fabric of the property. T he nature of this role means that the post holder will come in to contact with vulnerable adults who access healthcare services.
